To and From School

1. Classes begin at 9:30AM. The students must arrive in between 9:15AM to 9:25AM.
2. Students are not allowed to leave the classroom without permission anytime.
3. Students are dismissed at 12:30PM. Parents of students under age 6 must check with the teacher, for dismissal place.
4. Absences and tardies must be verified by a note. Three absents or tardies without a note may result in suspension.
5. Parents must pick up children under age 7 at 12:30PM sharp from the school lobby.

General Rules

1. No candy, gum chewing, or eating in the classroom.
2. Students must be respectful to all adults and to other students.
3. Fighting or play fighting may results in a suspension from the school.
4. Vulgar or profane language is prohibited and may results in a suspension.
5. No toys, ipods, ipads, or electronic games are allowed while you are in the school.
6. No climbing on or over any fence.
7. Students are to keep classroom, bathroom, and Gurdwara premises neat and clean.
8. Students must wear school uniform.

Classroom Rules

1. Listen carefully.
2. Follow directions.
3. Work quietly. Do not disturb others who are working.
4. Respect others, be kind with your works and actions.
5. Respect school and personal property.
6. Be quiet at all times. Raise your hand if need to speak

Homework and Homestudy

1. Plan a daily homework time.
2. Take home everything you will need.
3. Don't study with the TV on.
4. Read and follow all directions.
5. Do you work neatly and carefully.
6. Ask for help if you need it, but do the work yourself.
7. Keep the top of your desk uncluttered.
8. Keep your homework in a special place.
9. Get into a routine by studying at the same time everyday.
10. Return homework on time

Discipline Policies - The following means of discipline may be used

2. Parent notification or conferences
3. Suspension
