Sikh School of Los Angeles(SSLA) is a safe, progression school, where staff-members are dedicated to help each and every student reach his/her maximum potential. The student is assisted in achieving his/her maximum potential through child-centered, individualized instructions coupled with group learning. Parents involvement is a key to por success. Students, staff, parents work together as a team to create a friendl yet disciplined learning enviroment.
The student are categorized according to their age and knowledge of Gurmukhi. Student ages range from four(4) years to eighteen(18). For 18+ students there is an adult education class.
Keeping in mind the learning style of students in there best, we have designed out own instructional materials. Never satisfied with status quo, we are continually improving out instructional programs.
Each student is given opportunity to participate in a variety of activities for personal growth and development
